Participanthi..went to the above washer dryer today ..customer says when pressing control buttons they dont bleep anymore and more importantly when using the dryer it cuts out…tried it and e20 came up first time..checked cutouts etc..next time it ran ok 25 to 19 mins then stopped and display went to 29 mins..start button flashing..???..any ideas would be appreciated..thanks

Not sure why the audible signal doesn’t work but E20 on tumble dry is usually a gunged up condenser matrix. 😉

Yes, & it’ll gunk up again pretty smartish 😯 Anyone know if an improved condenser is available ??

I bl**dy well hope not! I’ve got a vested interest in clearing these fluffed up gizmo’s.:wink:
Besides….Zanussi and improvements ……just don’t go together…do they? 😕

Take your point Martin, but i’ve a rather lazy lady customer who obviously hasnt heard of a washing line & manages to block her condenser every 3 months or so. This is my fault of course. :rolls:

Yeah, I sympathise in that case. She’s probably washing old tatty towels, dog/cat blankets covered in hairs and her old man’s rugby shorts????

Participantif you want the bleep back, hold in the middle 2 buttons for 3 seconds
and every e20 ive beeen to has been the green valve coil on the cold valve 🙂

E10 is normally dryer valve.
