Most likely cause is the L shaped module Ako 546547. We keep them in stock if you want to try one. Tony EMW

This will be the timer. one of the internal cogs has jammed allowing the timer motor to engage the whole timer. Mark

    Thanks for the replys.
looked at it today and the fault was tacho coil
hanging of the motor on its wires and magnet unscrewed.
    these refitted cured the problem.
    thanks again pete….

Those sole motors. What an earner. Great when you say to the customer the motor is faulty…… But it can be repaired for a small fee.
