zanussi z816wt85bi washer dryer jumps to 11mins on dry cycle no heat

Machine jumps down to 11 minutes after a couple of mins on dry cycle. Seems to be just as the heater kicks in. Dryer element reading just 1Meg ohm so suspect that might be it. Anyone know how to access diagnostics on this model ?? Service number 914606603/03

Hi,
I have the same machine doing the same fault, i replaced the cables running to the front NTC as one was broken but
it still does the same.

have you put it into service mode and looked for fault codes

i found a second ntc at the back of the tub below the pulley which was faulty. replaced and been ok since
