    Does anyone know if it’s possible to remove the timer knob cover off one of these without using brute force and causing damage? I’ve tried approaching it from the front and from behind with the lid off, but no luck, it just doesn’t want to budge.

    You first remove the front cap end of the knob to reveal the attaching nut and timer drive shaft inside the knob.

    Ok thanks. I’d previously tried to take the front cap off, but it felt like I was using too much force and didn’t want to snap the plastic clips inside. I’ll have another go.
