Zanussi ZBB28441SA problem

Hi I have a problem with my Zanussi Zbb28441sa fridge freezer.

Initially I noticed the fridge compartment wasn’t cooling at all (it was basically room temperature)but the freezer still seemed to be working fine.

I defrosted it for 24hrs and left both doors open, removed all of the contents and poked a straw into the drainage hole.

I switched it back on and it seemed to be working fine (the compressor would come on and off normally and seem to work normally)

Typically after doing a food shop about 16hrs of switching it back on it seems the problem has come back. The fridge compartment isn’t particularly cold and now the freezer section isn’t that cold either. The freezer did develop frost after switching on but that has now melted into water and the compressor sounds like it is constantly running.

I don’t know much about this sort of thing but any help would be appreciated
