Zanussi zbm878w fan assisted oven not heating up

Hi the above oven has 3 elements which does not heat up working fine one day kaput the next…when switched on oven lights up fan runs when selecting fan assist all functions normal except no heat from all elements on any setting, cut power, removed rear cover all elements show continuity readings. checked thermostat and toc both give readings, suspected a dropped neutral and sure enough reading at both circuit boards from main neutral feed but no neutral at elements….
suspected thermostat so removed from oven checked continuity with meter on 20k scale gives reading 0.53 when cold increasing to 1.27 when heated to approx 100’c that leaves 2 circuit boards is there anyway to check or am I missing something… :rolls:

Power board troubles most likely then. What’s is the PNC number of your appliance?

The plate with the pnc no is long gone however here is a photo, the small board has number 372-1361-01b the large one is 372-23-61-10c, hope this helps.

Clearly showing the fault as the burnt terminal (double blue wire top right if pic)

Thanks for the reply is there anyway to check the boards I was thinking the larger board which holds the connection for the thermostat most likely controls the neutral for the elements..as the boards appear to cost a fortune don’t want to change one only to find the other is knackered as well….

Thought I would update my results, a second look at the boards showed the large board relays were clicking away when switched on so checked the feed to the small board which gave approx 5 volts…but the relay wasn’t operating..replaced relay still no luck so de-soldiered the transistors and checked…one wasn’t given true reading so replaced it.. all other components checked out everything replaced and now works perfectly…
costs £6, time and patience…
