Only spoken with customer on the phone.
They report that the oven display shows a picture of a spanner and a fault code “003”. Manual says “Call Engineer for code 003”.
Does anyone have the fault codes for these ovens? Any ideas on code 003?

003 = This code is displayed when the user attempts to restart the appliance after showing error codes 001 or 002 ..SAFETY CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
001 = The circuit of the meat probe higher than 100 deg C when probe inserted.
002 = The meat probe is short circuited.
