Hi Folks.

Who looks at a lot of Zanussi ?.

Are there any issues or problems concerning poor grilling on this model?

Went to one of my regulars today, customer very frustrated with the grilling on this oven. wanted me to check it out. Serviceforce have been along said they cant find any fault. I found everything to be working, but I had to agree with the customer that the Grilling was poor.

You grill with the door closed, and the design then uses the oven thermostat to control the grilling. The oven stat was on for about 6mins, off for 6mins, on for six and so on. In other words for half the time you are not grilling but are baking your whatever.

What do the Zanussi guys think?.

The oven is about 11 months old and the customer has been complaining since he bought it.

This is how it is supposed to work, unless i am mistaken when a grill oven is supposed to function with the door shut the element doesnt illuminate/ glow.
This sounds like a trouble customer. Beware Any customer who says they have had the manufacturer out half dozen times with no fault found. I remenber going to these calls when I worked for Slave Force.
