Zanussi ZCE5000 cooker

Hi

The control knob/dial for the bottom oven sheared off so part is left stuck in the rotating switch unit and part is sticking out of the dial which is now off – I think I need to dismantle the control unit below the ceramic hob so that I can replace the switch unit.

Any ideas where to start?

If it’s just the knob that’s broken, you shouldn’t need to dismantle anything – long nosed pliers and drag the broken section out.

The knob itself……… 8 versions in two colours, with a serial number break. Pnc number and serial number required to identify a suitable replacement.
