ParticipantWent to a Zanussi ZCE7700X cooker (PNr 94852202200) It had been clobbered in a move and the timer clock (electronic, without which the top & bottom ovens don’t work) was broke.
We ordered a new one & it arrived but the connections are entirely different, and there was no circuit diag enclosed – lovely, just what you need on a rainy tuesday!
Can anyone help with this? The (new) part is 311 65 41-00/8. The old timer has 311 – 182 on it, also 13149 – 061. It is a six-button unit.
More details, including tag-schematics, available (email me). There are two relays (but which is which?) plus a live and neutral connection (again, which is which? I ain’t a gamblin man!)
(Question: is a Cooker Clock a small device with a little bird that pops out every hour and sings “Cooker! Cooker!”………………….. 😆 .)

Hiya,
Sent you a pdf, may not be the answer you’re looking for though. It’s to do with the top oven timer facility?? 😕Brian

Thanks Brian, but I need a diagram of the actual timer and what colour wire goes where.
Specifically, there are six leads: two for each relay (top oven, bottom oven) plus two for Live and Neutral. It is these last two that give me the problem. Which way round?? Fifty percent chance here of destroying an expensive new timer! No markings on the timer, just two tags, beside each other.
Hoping someone can help here, otherwise I shall just have to gamble… 😥

😳 Mike,
sorry, I forgot about chasing this one up.
Hopefully Penguin got the stuff you need, although I’m mystified, I can’t find anything about this change anywhere.Brian

Thanks Chris, Sadly, that’s the same info I found and sent. I’ve still not found anything regarding changing / rewiring to a different clock.
😥

Thanks guys.
But I ended up with egg on my face. Looked very carefully at the new clock and found (faintly engraved) that all the amp tags were labelled on the plastic casing beside them! So, given some bright lighting in a dark kitchen, no problemo!
Ah well. -
