    My Fridge has stopped working. The Freezer is fine. Any ideas as to the reason? It is less than 2 years old. The lights on the top of the inside of the fridge are all on as normal and there has been no warning there was a problem.

    I also have the email you sent asking for a price of the thermostat for this model, it doesn’t have one I’m afraid, it’s electronically controlled.

    As such, I would recommend an engineer attends to diagnose for you as it could be one of a few possible problems, please try repairs@ on the main menu for one 😀

    Hi – I am having the same problem – did someone solve this for you (did you get an engineer out, and if so did they say what was wrong?) Thanks mate
