    Hello all….HELP!!!

I have a Zanussi zcv68300xa free standing electric double oven and hob.

Tonight whilst cooking the digital display turned off and both ovens stopped working. No lights, no fan, nothing. Strangely, the electric hobs still work fine. Any thoughts on how to remedy…was thinking thermostat, but that wouldn’t affect the display….I think? HELP….got 10 for Christmas this year!! Thanks in advance.

time to check the terminal block on the cooker. some blocks have brass links that if loose can burn out and stop pats of the cooker

is the clock showing and setting ok ?

    Hi Dave,

Clock/Digital Display went off the same time as both ovens (fan assisted and top element ovens). As said, all the electric hobs work fine!

Got 12 for lunch next Tuesday……I feel a large pre christmas purchase coming up!

    ok
there are no thermal cutouts and if it was a clock problem the top oven would still function so I still think its a terminal block problem where all the wires come together

remove oven and inspect block ( power off ) for signs of burning and loose terminals. there are a number of brass links that should be in place and the screws need to be tight. I think the fitter has not checked and one of them has burnt out

there are a number of units with the same model number but your term block should look like below
