Prod no 911841525 (don’t know whether -00 or -01 though)

Got a bit of a problem with one of these dishwashers. The customer says it goes through a programme all the way to the end but leaves water in it at the end and consequently has a poor wash results. Happens on all programmes. I have been out to it once and it fills and empties ok. Turning it to the start always pumps out. Don’t know where to go next. I’m thinking timer but not exactly sure. I know there’s a service bulletin regarding draining problems with these machines, which involves fitting a drain board pcb. But is this the answer?

    Cheers guys

If it’s an 01 then it shouldnt need the pcb kit. Start with the pump, take it out & check all the blades are intact on the rear impellor.

The pcb kit pulses the pump on & off 4 times when it drains, apparently to remove any airlocks in the circuit, you also get a new float valve which fits in the compartment behind the inlet valve – if you are fitting the kit make sure you change this too.
