Hi ive the following model ,There is no power at the display when i switch it on theres no life.i checked to see if there was power at the pcb meaning power getting to it and there is.any help appreciated thanks

2 things

1 for anything to work it needs 2 wires. a power lead and a neutral lead. if the neutral breaks you can see 240volts everywhere but it wont work

2 if you have live and neutral at the board then the board is probably your problem

Hi ive since put in a replacement pcb board and machine still wont run.when you press the start /pause button it just flashes 3 times i think and the condensor light stays on.any other ideas

1 where did you get the board from and is it pre configured ?

2 you state the model but there are 11 machine with the same model so I need the production code as there will be differences
