    hi i have checked the stats and heater they are fine no supply to heater, this machine does not have the stat inside above the door which normally is the culprit , does anyone know if its situated elsewhere or if there is any other known cause your help gratefullly appreciated thanks john

    had a similar prob on one the other week turned out to be a bad solder joint on the relay leg on the board
