Participanthi again all , looked at this condenser dryer , customer sayes she took a box (not heavy) down from above the dryer and it hit the controls on the front , now it starts and shuts down after a few seconds , all controls working fine program dial operating ok runs on all cycles (for a few seconds ) any one have any of these experiences

Nope, around these parts frustrated customers usually smack the controls with a hammer.:innocent:

that sounds right wish they had hit it a bit harder then i could see some damage !!, power coming from the board to the motor checked the switches front and side ok , drum spinning freely , gonna check capacitor and motor relay now , any other ideas guys thanks

Best to enter the diagnostics cycle to go further in establishing the fault I reckon. So with that idea in mind I’ve emailed some info to your email address listed on your website……..HTH?:D

i went through the diagnostics martin cheers and i have 3 positions of an error code e51 twice pos 5 and 6 and e32 once pos 8 they are corresponding with the motor , wiring or the pcb ive checked the motor all is well , i dont fancy going through all the loom to check continuity , have you ever come across this ? before i order a control module

Yeah I should have guessed, pretty vague eh? TBH I wouldn’t go to the expense of stuffing a new PCB in if you bear the cost if it ain’t that. I don’t go along with the idea of throwing parts at it ’til it works, too dodgy that.:(
I’ve not come across the problem before so sadly I cannot contribute further, but I wish you luck all the same.:D
