Zanussi ZDC67550W Tumble Dryer: E32??

Customer says it will run for a short time and then cut out. Both the condensor and the door filter where clogged up, machine not really looked after. :rolls:

She says it only around 3 years old. 😕

Tried with a load of damp towels and it ran for quite a while for me.
Diagnostics throws up E32.
The little carbon brush is making good contact, there don’t appear to be any wiring problems which according to the diagnostics only leaves the PCB. 😥

Anything else I need to look at?

I did a quick search and there are a few posts on this but not of them with a report of solving the problem.

Rant mode..I do wish people would round off a thread by posting the final outcome. 😈

As for finishing the threads, most un-answered posts I figure result in them being diagnosed as BER anyway. :rolls:

Have you checked Rear Sensor – The second brush is positioned
in contact with the drum spindle housed in the spindle casing

No, not checked that one. TBH its the first one of these I have seen, the heater is working perfectly though Martin. 😉

Will check out the rear brush ASAP. 🙂

I do have TDS for this model, thats how I ran the diagnostics in the first place, it doesn’t have a digital display.
