Zanussi ZDC8202 P/ PNC 91609737900, no heat

Hi all
Overheat stat on heater is o/c- is this correct,? I shorted it out , but still no heat.
Could do with a wiring chart/ diagram to help if poss.

Visually checked pcb, looked OK !! but who knows.

This is the second one of these I’ve had this month, maybe a known fault ?
