    prod no91609335701. hello all, this tumble dryer just refuses to heat.It looks very similar to a bosch one and that turned out to be the thermister could this be the same any pointers thanks mike.

    Thermistor fault would normally flash 7 times.

    many thanks for your replies.I had an incaling it might be the ntc,Two questions spring to mind 1. do zanussi still produce disk with all the parts and manuals. 2. how do you get in to the diagnostics on this t/dryer.

    Service manual incl. diagnostics are on Connect’s Mediator.
    If you haven’t got Connect a/c pm me with your email.
    TDS disc stopped years ago.
    And I agree it’s better than a Merloni. Still a whiff of Chinese in it though 🙂 .
