Zanussi ZDF2020 Dishwasher Not Filling

Hi,

Zanussi ZDF2020 (PNC 91151910106). Got called out to look at a problem which was reported as ‘the dishwasher often trips the mains after a few minutes’. I did insulation checks from plug all ok, took the panels off, checked the heater & motor insulation and checked everything else I would normally check to track this down without plugging it in and tripping the mains again. Eventually got to the point where I decided I’d have to run the machine to see what was going on at the time the trip happens.

However, when I try and run the machine it does the drain at the start of the cycle and then just sits there and doesn’t fill. No fault lights, no beeps, etc. it just doesn’t start filling. Any help or guidance as to how to proceed appreciated as I will need to go back to this one?

May be possible, but I’m afraid I don’t know how to get to diagnostics mode on this machine 🙁
