ParticipantHi guys,
choose a prog, press start – nothing – so Checked the drain pump, no power for a fair while then all of a sudden (a min or so later) it cuts in and carries on fine, heats fine etc, then came back to find water in the bast the m/c dormant with Start/Cancel light flasing and the light with a line and an arrow flashing twice! Tries to restart the m/c to drain the water and it just sat dormant – Thinking PCB! Any thoughts

Where the end LED blinks, that is a fault code. Count how many blinks there are before it stops & starts blinking again & this will give you the fault code.

I20 means water drain time out where the pressure switch is not returning to EMPTY after 2 drain phases lasting 120 seconds.
Possible causes are: Drain circuit obstructed/blocked, drain pump impeller interrupted or jammed by foreign object, level pressure switch stuck on full (1-3), hydraulic circuit of pressure swich obstructed, wiring faulty, main board faulty.
Thats the technical blurb. Now for something easier to follow.
My first course of action would be to bail out as much water as possible, disconnect hoses & mains electric plug from supply, put floor protection down & tip appliance on its back & check the drain pump. Most likely something is jamming the impeller.
