Zanussi ZDF866W Oven

Customer on the phone,complains that the oven door is full of ‘juices’ that run out down the front when oven is on. Does this need a new inner door, door seal? Any previous history on this fault.???

don’t have any history about oven door but there has been an inner door change.mailbox ➡

Thanks Alan, funny thing is when I enter the part number on that list you sent for a ZDF866 inner door, 3578127072 into the Masterpart site it lists it as OLD, an comes up with the number I had already identified on TDS as a 3578127262 😕 Out of stock anyway and POA so I have no idea of price but she insists she wants it changing.
