Zanussi ZDQ595N oven longer cooking times

Hi I’m goin to the above oven with the problem that it is taking longer to cook food in it. The customer says door seal is ok and fan is turning . I will check the thermostat but was just wondering if anybody came across this before with this m/c.

These vague complaints can be a right pain in the arse,if the fan is spinning as quickly as it should it really only leaves a temp issue or customers imagination.

Best 15 quid I spent recently was on a non-contact infra red thermometer, stick a Pyrex dish in oven so you have something to aim at and wait for stat to trigger at selected temp,open door and point your laser gun at it!

Gives you the ultimate proof of temp and makes you look right clever! (probably)
