Hi pnc 91153902101 the macine does not seem to turn the top spray arm. At first i thought it might be the wash pump as it is a bit noisey but it is still pumping water .There does not seem to be much water in the machine ,it only just covers the filter tray at the bottom but as soon as i pour a jug or two of water into it ,it just pumps it straight back out again untill it reaches the original level. there is water getting to the top spray arm just dont seem to be enough to turn it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Pressure switch fault or blockage in fill matrix would cause it to underfill & be the first thing to look at, sounds like its not getting enough water to circulate. Check for blockage in pipe to top spray arm also.

Is this machine set on half load if the bottom spray arm is working ok ❓
