hello all
ive been out to this int slimline zanussi dishwasher the problem is intermittant the customer is saying it doesnt allways complete the cycle leaving water in the bottom ive checked all the obvious but cant find any faults im thinking of trying a pcb has anyone come across this before any help greatly appriciated.

Have you checked the pump for an intermittent obstruction? Common culprit is a piece of broken glass moving in and out of the pump intake and jamming it. If the customer has broken a glass in it that could be the problem. You may miss it first time because a clear fragment is difficult to see.
Drain the machine completely and syringe or sponge the sump dry. Check with a torch and it should show up. 😉
If not, pump off job. I would not suspect the PCB in the case of a intermittent pump.

is it built in to a sink and it is filling from the sink

eh up
ive been back to this one again cant find a fault checked pipe level ok no glass in pump taken pcb off to check for dry contacts this is a contract job for a local letting agent otherwise i wouldnt bother 😯
