Zanussi ZDT21001FA 911539135/03 no heat

I’ve been to look at this machine, and it appears there is power to the heater but no neutral return. The heater has continuity.I tried to remove the pcb at the rear but couldn’t see how it’s held in place. I hope someone might enlighten me and also suggest if there is any other likely cause.

neutral goes though a relay on the board

when you measured the heater did you measure from the terminals as there are 2 safety stats

Thanks Dave,
I checked the stats and heater, there’s power right through but couldn’t check right back to the module. I suspected the relay.
I’m waiting on customers decision, but I think she wants a new one!
