Zanussi ZDT24001FA dishwasher not heating or drying

Hi, my zanussi ZDT24001FA dishwasher is not heating or drying. The water is not getting hot at all through the cycle. Could this be the temperature turbidity sensor?
and if so, how do I test the sensor once removed? Set to 20k ohms on a multimeter it reads at 11.75 regardless of temperature (tried putting it on a radiator and reading didn’t change).

Hi Dave, no, I was trying to keep it simple and avoid having to remove the whole machine (it’s integrated). The temp turbidity sensor is accessible just behind the plinth panel so is easily removed, but not sure how to test it, or if this would even stop the water heating completely?
The cycle seems to run from start to finish, just no heat.
Could the temp turbidity sensor cause this, and how would I test it?
