Zanussi ZDT41 main pump failure

Have just moved into house with recently fitted (2010) kitchen.
ZDT 41 dishwasher started to make rattling noise during wash cycle.
Checked for usual blocages but eventually traced to main wash pump.
Removed from machine and found impellor is driving but floating on the end of the shaft and hitting the pump housing. Looks like the impellor assembly has just ‘come apart’ inside the pump body.
The pump is am ASKOLL M96 N. Can’t find any refs on web.
Does anyone know:
– Are they repairable
– Is there a more robust ‘drop in’ alternative (Zanussi price for staright replacement £83+)

There are at least nine variants of that model, can you give us the full PNC number from the rating plate to look up the correct one?

1111456115 is the part number and it is only available as a complete motor I’m afraid. There are no alternatives to it either and, no notes of any changes that I can see.

The housings aren’t repairable either I’m afraid.

I beleive the m/c is now about 2 years old so I guess with the price of the pump I’ll need to weigh up wether to repair or replace.
