Zanussi ZDT6244 cold water but element seems ok?

Hi – I’ve a Zanussi ZDT6244 dishwasher that is not heating the water anymore. I have used a multimeter to test the heater and I’m getting a value of approx 25 ohms. From what I have read here and elsewhere that would indicate that the problem is not there. So I replaced the thermosensor but it still isn’t working. I’ve opened the door up and visually checked the PCB and any connections and I can’t see anything like loose connections or corrosion.

Any advice on where the problem might be would be greatly appreciated.
