Zanussi ZDV12002fa blowing elements

Had a couple of these dishwashers blowing an element only a few weeks after 1st changing it. Never had a problem before but wondering if I should return with an NTC and of course new element? Or is this a PCB fault?

problem with these units as with the bosch etc it the fault can be electrical but also flow rate

so look for blocked bars. water diverter ( if fitted ) stuck or anything that will make the heater cause a steam cavity to form and get too hot
