    Hi all

This fridge freezer is keeping temperature fine but is getting a lot of condensation in the freezer which is then turning to ice mainly down the front of the drawers, the freezer had been in storage in a shed for a year before this started happening, I checked the door seal and all the electrical components that I could and everything appears OK, I did find that the rubber flap valve on the drain outlet had been eaten and replaced it a couple of weeks ago hoping that that would cure the problem but it appears that the problem is the same as before. I will be going back in a weeks time and will double check the components and door seal but wondered whether any of you would be able to point out something that I may have missed.

    Thank you

    Jem

its possible that dampness has entered into the insulation and is been drawn out by the cold vacuum when the door is closed, ensure all door seals are ok and cabinate joints are sealed and thats about all you can do.

    Bob.
