Zanussi ZFK 61/27 r – Help !!!!

Hi,

I’ve a problem with the above, in that the freezer compartment seems to be working fine, but the fridge part isn’t cooling much/at all.
There doesn’t appear to be any compressor-type noise, despite the thermostat being on the highest setting……
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it’s the thermostat and that it’ll be cheap and easy to fit 😀

It does sound like the thermostat but we can’t be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} obviously.

If you need it checking by an engineer, try the repairs@ link below.

If you do proceed, please ensure the power is off :zap:

The thermostat is part number 2262146224 at £27.11 inc VAT and carriage, an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please if required 😀

Coo, a speedy reply – thanks Dave.

Will probably just buy the part and give it a try…is it relatively easy to fit ?
Will I need a crowbar and hammer ? 😉

Erm, any idea where I can find instructions for fitting it ?
I’m a bit dumb about these things 😕
