Hi

I am not really a fridge man, but having a look at this for a letting agent that passes me a lot of work.

Customer say’s her fridge/freezer cuts out intermittently, can sometimes be for a few days. I went to look at it and seemed that the fridge was not cold enough, and there was a lot of ice on the evaporator in the freezer. (This is a frost free model)
Can anyone give me some advise please ? or should I just tell them I can’t do it 🙁

have not got much info on this one and like you dont really do fridges

have got a simple wiring diag for this it shows 3 heaters a defrost timer and a thermostat all could be all or some of the problem
if i was you and i wanted tio try and help you could try changing the main thermostat part no 2262306018 by the look of it it probably could be replaced by a qualtex ran100

I hope one of the fridge lads might confirm this. these stats are very cheap so as a trial fit its worth a go
