Hi Guys, customer called to say this built in F/F , freezer working ok, but fridge not cooling. Anyone know likely cause on this model?

Do you know if the unit is running continuously ?

Customer says appliance is working normally just fridge not cooling.

UPDATE! Must have planted a seed of doubt in customers head. Now thinks appliance is running constantly. Fridge compartment at around 10 degrees C.

The freezer on this is frost free but the fridge is not, If the unit is running and only getting down to 10 deg I would think that they have a system fault on this one.
Let me know if you req the manual on this

How does the fridge regulate if it’s not frost free? There is no separate control for the fridge.

Unlike the NO FROST refrigerators, in the PARTIAL NO FROST type the cooler and freezer compartments are separated physically.

The battery evaporator cools only the freezer compartment, while the tube evaporator cools only the cooler compartment.

The cold produced by the battery evaporator in the freezer compartment, is distributed by the fan placed behind the screen

A temperature sensor is mounted in the fridge section and controlled by the circuit board
