Zanussi ZJ 1218 PNC 91451090000

Customer says it completed wash no probs. Next time display screen blank but on/off switch light on.
Tried new door interlock as power to lock ok still no display.
Have squeezed plugs for blue wires from display board to computer board.
Is there anything I am missing or has computer board gone?
Any help appreciated

Mains neon is accros the on/off switch, so sounds as if PCB could be duff, take it out and physically check it, has the machine had a power cut or surge? PM me if you want a wiring diag 😉

i have been out to fit one of these boards today fault dead and the board with a burn mark through it fit new board but still dead so prob front pcb faulty as well.in the box was a note saying do not connect the i/r 3 wires and there was yellow tape across one of the places where the grey wires from the switch goes does this mean not to fit this one if not what is the i/r 3 wires? any help appreciated.
