Can anybody help i have a Zanussi ZJ1218 showing an E30 fault, i gather it may be press sw related, i have checked pressure chamber, hoses etc tried a new level sw still showing this fault also the door lock is clicking, any help would be gratefully received.jj

You would need to go into service mode to find out what the true code is.E30 is just displayed for user. in service mode code wouth be e31 to e39 which are all different faults.
which pressure switch did you change as it has two. Large one which realy only controls power to heater and there is one fitted under cross member.
Do you have details on how to access service mode?

Geof the black press sw was not connected to the crossmember but was hanging loose i clipped in a space next to the other one, is it suppused to clip to the underside of the crossmember. jj

whoops just saw the bit about switch – yes it should be attached to cross member just to the right of mains terminal block looking from the front
