I have just fitted a wash pump to this model
Now when you select any programe on this it just goes to 3 mins on drain then switches off (after draining )
Can it be that its stuck on fault mode?
can it be reset ?

there are three of these machines need prod number to find which 1

are you getting a fault code coming up ?

as a long shot i assume the progammer knob is working and you are not selecting the same programme every time

The programe knob seems to be ok.
I turned it to 0 (Off) waited for it to cancel, then put it on any programe, it shows the time remaining (eg 2.30hrs) starts to pump then the display goes to 3 mins, pump & drum turns then swithes off at end :rolls:
reprograme it on any programe & it does exactly the same

The PNC is 914601904/02
any help on this would be really good.
The original fault was the wash pump had completely burnt out (All melted)

Oh dear, usually takes out the main PCB when this happens. 😥

Damage is normally obvious.

I have checked the PCB and can find no obvious damage 🙁

Can you run it through diagnostic mode?

Sent you some stuff, hope its not a built in one. 🙂

Its quite a big file, hope you have a BB connection. 😀

Unfortunatley the manual doesn’t give me any fault codes or how to reset machine (Very much appreciated anyway) 🙁
If anyone has any info on this I would be really gratefull, otherwise I think he will just scrap it

The board will only reset if it isn’t itself at fault. I’m pretty sure you’ll find that the drain pump triac has blown. Take a close look on the track side of board and triac marked Q2 on the board adjacent pump connector block.
