Hi I have to go to above f/f the prob is that the back of the fridge compartment is freezing up has anybody come across this model and problem.

Hi.
How are the temperatures in either compartment? Let me know.
My first thoughts are either a system fault or in some cases the thermostat phial clamp comes away & as this is foamed in is irrepaiable in the field.

Cheers spindoctor sorry for not replying sooner dont know the exact temps I havent been to the customer yet but she said the freezer compartment seemed ok and the back of the fridge compartment there was a build up of ice more so at the top.If it is what you say I think I might tell her to get in a zanussi guy.
