hi guys , has anyone come across this before i went to this cooker to fit a new element and it would not turn on so i took off the wiring connection box at the back of the cooker , so it has the 3 cables coming in L,N,E the live and neutral are old colours red for live and black for neutral anyway inside the cover all the blue wires from the cooker are connected to the live and all the brown wires are connected to the neutral ? coooll ! any way just wondering as this looks stupid

cant remember for this model to be honest, but have come across plenty of dodgy wire-ups coming out of zanussi’s cooker plant…
main t/d positioned in t/o t/s hole of fascia and vice versa for starters….

Best way to double check is that all the internal live feed links go to switches and terminations marked P2. And all the neutral internal feeds go to terminals marked P1.
