What happens with this contraption is as follows so I hope someone can come up with a few ideas because I`m running out of them! Basically, if started on a wash programme it`ll work for 5-10 mins then skip to 1 minute full ( normal level I mean ) of h2o and then the door can be opened after 2 minutes as per normal.
Things found: the dryer ventilator fan was noisy, impellor warped-replaced, rip off priced part by the way! The dryer element was slightly to earth which is what I thought was the cause but it hasn`t cured the problem. I also changed the door interlock too in desperation but no joy there either.
Previously, or rather in the early days of going wrong, all the above symptoms were hit and miss, in other words sometimes it would goof about, then sometimes it would go through a whole cycle e.g 40 degree synthetics with no problems- more often or not it actually worked- now it goofs up all the time, in other words it got progressively worse………wash element to earth perhaps or pcb poncing around? All the valves are ok, motor groovy, pump groovy, as is the circulating pump. Anyone who usually works on this stuff ( as I don`t ) ever come across this?

All groovy stuff I’m sure but what insulation readings does the heater, and for that matter, the motor come up with? Any earth leaky and the programne goes geeky. ❓ 😈
