Zanussi ZKT631DX Hob

Got the above 4 zone hob showing error 3.
Any ideas what error 3 is indicating before i go out to this one.
Also any service info would be appreciated.

E3 is a voltage imput error, can mean over voltage or under voltage detected. If customer powers up hob for first time you will get E3. If customer shuts off power at cooker control on wall you will get E3 when power is restored. Bad cable connections or links loose in terminal block would give this error if customer finds its coming up in use rather than when turning on hob at wall control.
