howdy again folks , this hob is locked out i cannot gain access to it , tried turning it off , disconnecting the main power at the connector block , still nothing anyone have a reset code for this baby thanks

If the small dot just to the right and above the CHILD LOCK KEY SYMBOL is showing, then the Child Lock has been activated. Press and hold to undo.
or, if the SAFETY CUT OUT has been activated simply turn the hob off with the on/off button and then press back on again.

i rang customer and he said he bought a new one , but rang back to ask if i could wire it ! , so i have the hob in the back o the van see if i can sort it next week thanks for all the help guys

oh jaysus , i connected the hob up today to my own supply and guess what its locked out , it has an L on all the ring displays , so i held down the + and – as it sayes in the manual and hey presto all is well , just incompetence really , that just cost the customer 185 euro !
