    Hi, I have a Zanussi ZO33 fridge/Freezer. It is about 10 years old and, until now, has been problem free. However, the fridge is warm and turning the thermostat control appears to have no impact. The fridge light works. I believe the freezer is still ok but will keep an eye on it over next few hours. The fridge/freezer is completely silent – normally it would omit a gentle humming noise with the occasional clicking on/off. I suspect the thermostat may be the issue but would appreciate your help/advice.

    just checked freezer and that’s not working either. So the only thing working is the interior light which proves electricity is getting through. How do I find out what’s wrong and if it’s worth repairing?
