replaced the grill element on this oven and the customer is complaining the cooling fan is constantly running.

the customer insists their was no problem with the fan staying on before, it was on many hours after use.

i did notice the cutout that sits on the right hand side grill bolt was a bit flimsy, my first thoughts that this stat was the oven final cutout on overheat? as the cooling fan stats usually sit ontop of the oven roof next to the cooling fan?

the grill was shorting the rcd before being replaced, im hoping the fan does not get controlled by electronics somewhere thats been hit first before the rcd tripped.

any help appreciated!

the stat mounted on the grill element is for the cooling fan

you can double check because if you take 1 wire off fan will stop
