Zanussi ZOB35471WK single oven fan issue

Hi all, we have a Zanussi ZOB35471WK single oven and are experiencing an intermittent issue with the fan. Occasionally, when we turn the oven on, the fan doesn’t start spinning. Sometimes it works perfectly, but other times it doesn’t turn at all. If we switch the oven off and manually rotate the fan, then turn it back on, it usually starts working again.

Has anyone come across this issue before? Any insights into what might be causing it or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like the fan motor needs changing

to make sure
turn it on, if fan does not start poke something through the holes and give it a push without turning off. You are in no danger of getting a shock, if fan then runs it means it was a mechanical fan problem so the motor needs changing
