Hi Guys

This oven heats to 140c or higher and then takes the earth trip out
Reset trip and it continues with no further problem
From zero to 140c no problem
Cooling fan working
Everything works ok until it gets above 140c then trip goes but continues ok when reset

Any suggestions

I would suggest that the heater is failing during heat being the most likely problem.

Think theres a 2 speed oven fan in some of them, it may have 3 connections instead of the normal 2 tag type, perhaps one field is done & tripping when it looks for extra speed, some of these electronic controlled ovens have resistors in series with oven lamp & dual speed fans which can cause strange tripping as they are switched by the neutral end of the electronics in p.c.b.

Any error codes?
