Zanussi ZSF 6120 not heating

Hi
I am a nubie to the site. I do most of my home repairs but this one has got me 🙁
The dishwasher is just over 15 months old. It no longer heats the water or dries. Where do I start? How do I get at the heating element?

call an experienced electrolux engineer for this fault
there is a possibility it is not the heating element.

Thanks, McLoone – probably best if our poster is not confident to click the link below and find a UKW independent engineer.

That said, no heat problems can be:
Computer board problems – common but fixable.
Water level control problems – almost a Lux group standard fault.
Heater failure – it does happen.

Ensure power is off before removing any panel to check.
