    Hi,

I would appreciate any suggestions and ideas.
Zanussi ZSF4143, PNC 911615218/01. The anti-flood device error code has been appearing intermittently with increasing frequency for a while, and now stuck for good. Here is what I have done:
    1. Reset the program several times.
    2. Checked for leaks. The drip tray is bone dry and no leak detected.
    3. Checked the float sensor with resistance meter – it works as supposed to, down=on, up=off.
    4. For a try, first short-circuited the sensor (swapping the sensor for a functioning car blade fuse), then bypassed it by connecting the cable from the wiring loom to the connector on the inlet valve (I think) where the flood sensor is normally connected by a short connector cable.
Every time the result is the same: 15-20 seconds after ON the program lights start blinking and the flood error appears, air (any water long gone now) pumping out.
Has anyone got any suggestions? Module dead? Wiring loom fault? I’m not an engineer, I just tried to fix my dishwasher. Thanks!
    Michal
