zanussi ZSF6120 Problems

We are having problems with the above:One out of three washes it does all its usual cycles but when we open the door the tablet is sat on the bottom of the machine looking sorry for itself.The pots are only half clean
and it drains ok.Filters are clean and this is on the main(70 degree)cycle.Its about 4-5 months old.Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds as though its not taking in any water? Check the supply is not turned off or the inlet hose filter not blocked with silt. Beyond that you need to contact Service Force and get it sorted under warranty. 😉
