going to this tmro and just looking for a heads up as I’m not familiar with the model.

Customer said it stopped working and showed up an error (from the user manual) of a fill problem and then after checking the obvious and running it again it came up with a ‘flood protection activated’ problem.

I’m not sure exactly what work he did on it but would like to know if there’s any common faults on these or if anyone has a manual that they’d like to share, even better.

    Cheers much

Found the pump had been removed and not refitted properly, he swears he never took it out!, it was twisted back in at an angle and was leaking constantly.
Refitted it correctly and checked all else and ran it with no problems.

She phoned me later to say that it had the same problem “but at least its no longer giving electrical shocks”
    “what!” i said
“oh yeah, did i not tell you that, after my hubby looked at it it was giving shocks, but its not now so thats good, back to the original problem”

told her id look at it again tmro and start from the beginning.
